The Altstadt Apartments are just 5 minutes’ walk from Augsburg’s historic old town. The pedestrian zone, the famous Fuggerei and the Augsburg town hall are easily accessible on foot.

ARRIVING BY CAR:
Augsburg is well connected from the west, north or east via the Munich Stuttgart (A8) motorway. If you want, you can also reach us from Nuremberg via the Romantic Road (B2). Coming from the direction of Füssen, you simply follow the federal road 17 (B17). Shortly before Augsburg, follow the signs towards the city center (Rathausplatz or Königsplatz) – we are only a few minutes away.
ARRIVAL BY PLANE:
Augsburg has its own airport with regular service without waiting. You can easily get to the city center via the B2. Travel time approx. 20 min. Munich Erding Airport is just an hour’s drive from Augsburg. More on this under “If you come by car”.
ARRIVAL BY TRAIN:
Intercity trains offer a connection that is as quick as it is convenient. Every major European city can be reached from Augsburg with the IC or ICE at least once a day. Taxi drivers await you at the train station and take you to the Altstadt apartments in 5 minutes.
