Any (partial or permanent) transfer of use to third parties is strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Furniture &#038; appliances:<\/strong> Tenants are not permitted to install or operate <strong>cooking facilities, refrigerators, washing machines, bicycles or similar items<\/strong> in rooms not specifically designated for this purpose. Rearranging existing furniture is <strong>only allowed with prior approval from the management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Quiet hours:<\/strong> <strong>Evening quiet hours begin at 6:00 PM<\/strong> (no loud music, instruments, etc.; noise must be kept to room volume).<br \/>\n  <strong>Nighttime quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM<\/strong>. During this time, any disturbance to other residents or neighbors must be avoided. Please also remain <strong>quiet in stairwells and corridors<\/strong> at all times.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parties &#038; gatherings:<\/strong> Evening gatherings inside the apartment are <strong>only permitted with prior approval<\/strong> from neighboring tenants and the management and must be <strong>announced at least two days in advance<\/strong>. Final approval lies with the management.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pets:<\/strong> Pets are <strong>generally not permitted<\/strong> and must be <strong>registered with the management in advance<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duty of care:<\/strong> The apartment must be treated with care. <strong>Any damage must be reported to the management immediately.<\/strong> The tenant is liable for damages not caused by normal wear and tear, including damage caused by third parties admitted by the tenant.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Waste &#038; energy use:<\/strong> Please <strong>separate waste for environmental reasons<\/strong>. Appropriate containers are located in the courtyard. We also ask for <strong>energy-conscious use<\/strong> (e.g., switching off lights when leaving the apartment).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Security:<\/strong> When leaving the apartment, <strong>windows must be closed or tilted<\/strong>. Locking the apartment is the tenant\u2019s responsibility. <strong>No liability is assumed for theft or burglary.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Vehicles:<\/strong> No liability is assumed for damage to vehicles parked on or near the property. Vehicles may <strong>only be parked in designated parking spaces<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accidents:<\/strong> No liability is assumed for accidents occurring in stairwells or within the apartment. The landlord shall be released from any related claims.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Smoking policy:<\/strong> The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.servicedapartments.de\/en\/flats-apartments\">apartments<\/a> are designated as <strong>non-smoking units<\/strong>. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in all common areas. If found unclean, residents are expected to take responsibility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Locking doors:<\/strong> Apartments and the main entrance must always be properly locked.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal appliances:<\/strong> The use of privately owned <strong>heating or cooking appliances<\/strong> is not permitted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Liability:<\/strong> No liability is assumed for lost or stolen personal belongings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Room condition:<\/strong> Rooms must be kept tidy.
