Located within sight of the old city wall, the area historically belongs to the city expansion around the Jakobervorstadt from the 14th century. Traditionally, the famous Augsburg Fuggerei was located there along the Lech canals of various craft businesses. Our family-run property management of the Fux family has been offering apartments for long-term living in Augsburg since 1991. The former store of the confectionery wholesaler Zinnsmeister was gradually converted into an apartment block in the early 1990s. Every step was taken to preserve the authenticity of the bourgeois house from the 17th century, which can still be seen in the preservation of the stucco ceilings, the elegant staircase, the exposed beams and much more.
